COVENTRY City Under 18s got back to winning ways in pre-season with a 2-0 away win over Manchester City.
Connor Grogan put the Sky Blues ahead with 15 minutes to go with a 30-yard thunderbolt and Rob Ogleby netted his fourth goal in four games to wrap up the win with four minutes to go.

Grogan could not have hit his shot sweeter as he fired into the roof of the Manchester City net from well outside the penalty area.
And Ogleby once again displayed a cool head when he took a ball around the 'keeper and slotted home.

Manager Gregor Rioch said: "It was a very pleasant result and I was pleased with the way the boys applied themselves in the second half.
"The first hour was not really us in the way I know we can play. It was a bit disappointing but as disappointing as that was, it was just as pleasing for the final half hour because the lads really got to grips with the game.
"Grogan's goal was an absolute worldy and it's always nice to come away with a win but pre-season is not about results, it's about fitness and I'm just glad we're still on track to hopefully hit our physical peak when the season starts on August 22."
