CCFC and DRFC have worked closely to get supporters reduced ticket prices at the Keepmoat Stadium in April...
Coventry City Football Club have worked closely with Doncaster Rovers so that our away supporters can enjoy reduced ticket prices when we travel to the Keepmoat Stadium on Saturday, April 23rd.
The Sky Blues backed the Football Supporters Federation Twenty's Plenty campaign in the summer, capping the prices for all home and away supporters at £20 at the Ricoh Arena throughout the 2015/16 season.
On the back of this, Rovers have reduced the prices for our away supporters by £4 meaning an adult ticket for the match will now cost £20, in conjunction with the Twenty's Plenty campaign.
In return, the Sky Blues will offer Doncaster Rovers' fans the same concession prices as at the Keepmoat Stadium, when they travel to the Ricoh Arena on Saturday, November 28th.
Chief Executive Steve Waggott has praised Doncaster's decision to reduce the admission price and calls on other League One sides to follow suit.
Waggott said: "I'm delighted to see Doncaster have reduced the prices for our supporters as it is hugely important clubs work together to try and make football more affordable.
"In the summer, we backed the Twenty's Plenty campaign, capping our prices at £20 to not just help supporters with the cost of travel but also to make it easier for families to support their teams away from home.
"I'd like to thank the staff at Doncaster who have worked closely with our staff to make this happen and I'm sure we'll see a bumper away following at the Keepmoat on Saturday, April 23rd as a result."
