Coventry City manager Tony Mowbray wants to see the side create more chances for the City strikers ahead of the Colchester United game.
The Sky Blues go into Saturday's game on 47 points in 17th position in League One, just one point above the League One drop-zone.
Colchester United have won two games on the bounce but still find themselves in 23rd position in League One, on 44 points.
With many of the bottom nine teams playing each other at the weekend, Mowbray wants to see his side put a bit of difference between the club and the drop-zone.
Mowbray said: "It would be a great game to win. There are a lot of teams playing each other this weekend and it will give us a chance to put some distance between us and a few others.
"We know they are all tough games, especially at this stage of the season. We've seen a few teams find a bit of form over recent weeks, including Colchester.
"The signs were good. The second-half of the last home game was very good and the way we kept the pressure up was encouraging but we need to put the ball in the net.
"Nick Proschwitz has been showing on the training pitch how good a finisher he can be and we need to find a way to supply him to put it in the net for us."
Simeon Jackson and Nick Proschwitz started up front together for the first time against Notts County before being taken off in the second-half.
Mowbray has lauded Proschwitz's finishing ability and hopes that they are in a better condition with the Notts County game under their belt.
He said: "I hope they've got something from it. They've both played at the highest levels in the game and should have the pedigree to make a difference in our season.
"After having a good run-out in the last game, I'd like to think they'd be better prepared now to make an impact on the next game.
"Nick is a talented finisher and a clean striker of the ball. We need to create those chances and John Fleck was a huge miss for us as we missed his craft.
"If we can add the goals, I'm sure we can get the win and if we follow a away point up with a home win, we'd be in a really good position."
