Coventry City Football Club would like to thank supporters for their patience when visiting the CCFC Superstore and calling the ticketing hotline.
We are delighted that there is such positivity and excitement around the return to the Ricoh Arena.
The store and the phones have been particularly busy today because it was the first chance that supporters who have already purchased a 2014/15 Season Ticket could transfer it over to the Ricoh Arena.
That could not be done online at www.ccfcshop.co.uk so supporters have had to call or go into the superstore.
Season Ticket holders from the 2012/13 season can buy their 2014/15 Season Ticket from 9.30am on Wednesday, August 27, and as well as doing so over the phone are able to renew their seat online at www.ccfcshop.co.uk
The club would advise that, where possible, supporters make their purchases online but if they do prefer to buy in-store or over the phone, a member of staff will deal with them as quickly as possible.
The club is also working to put additional staff in place to meet demand.
Season Tickets and tickets for the Gillingham match on September 5 all go on general sale on Friday, August 29, at 9.30am.
