The City boss hopes to get a number of deals across the line soon with pre-season already underway...
Coventry City manager Tony Mowbray has promised City fans that 'the signings will come' at the club shop opening on Friday morning.
The Sky Blues boss has been hard at work this week with his City squad after they returned to Ryton training ground on Wednesday.
City have made one signing this summer, former loanee Chris Stokes on a free transfer, with the club hard at work to bring new faces into the building.
Mowbray, who has admitted he is progressing a number of deals, hopes to bring the right faces into the club for the 2015/16 season.
The City boss said: "There is almost a blank canvas to try and build a new team here so it is important to bring in the players we need.
"It is difficult, particularly in June. They will come. It isn't a case of getting them in straight away as if they're not the right ones, we got to wait for them.
"As the training starts on the TV and the season draws nearer, players start getting itchy and want to get back to work.
"I'm pretty sure that within the next week or two, we'll have three or four new faces in the building."
Pre-season is well underway with the City squad taking part in various fitness sessions but also getting on the ball as well.
Mowbray says he has enjoyed the start of pre-season and getting back to work, coaching the players ahead of the new season.
He added: "I've enjoyed it. I love coaching and working so it has been great to have the players back in the building.
"The first day was scorching hot so it was quite difficult for the players but they all came through it which is a positive for us.
"We'll continue to work today and as long as the fitness levels increase and they get more comfortable with the ball without any injuries, I'll be happy."
