"We're all disappointed, we want to get up the table again." - Coventry City defender Seb Hines

Coventry City defender keen to get back to winning ways against Crawley after defeat against Preston North End…

Coventry City defender Seb Hines has revealed the mood in the dressing room is sombre after losing 2-0 to Preston North End at the Ricoh Arena.

Goals from Tom Clarke and Joe Garner from the penalty spot handed City their third loss in a row, and their first at the Ricoh Arena this season.

Hines feels that the game was a close encounter and that lapses of concentration cost the Sky Blues in the end.

"The first half was tight," he said, "there wasn't much in it. In the end a couple of lapses of concentration gave them the goals, but we just have to move on now.

"It's frustrating because like Rochdale and Scunthorpe, the game was tight. We have to work hard to turn these narrow losses back into victories.

"The mood in the dressing room is disappointed, we all just want to climb back up the table again. Once we win the next game, I'm confident that we can get a run going like we did at the start of the season."

The next team to visit the Ricoh Arena is Crawley Town, and the defender whose on loan from Middlesborough is already setting his sights on getting three points next time out.

He added: "We already look forward and look ahead to Saturday, we have to prepare for them (Crawley) now and turn things around to get the right result.

"We're aware we need to start winning again, we just need a bit of luck, and we can do what we did at the start of the season."
