Sky Blues season ticket holders are on the rise as the club’s sales figures have doubled from this time last year...
Coventry City announced Season Ticket information for the 2016/17 campaign back in early May and sales have more than doubled in comparison to the same three week period last year.
New initiatives such as Money Back, Zebra Finance and Early Bird discounts have enticed Sky Blues fans to snap up their season tickets early, with the Early Bird period lasting until Sunday, June 5th.
Over 2,300 Season Tickets have been sold to date (not including any purchased Premium Membership packages). This compares to 1,052 sold in the first three weeks of sales for the 2015/16 season.
Just under 250 FREE Under-13s Season Ticket packages have been purchased, with nearly 400 JSB Season Tickets sold in total.
Meanwhile, over 50 Sky Blues fans aged 16 and 17 have taken up the new Young Sky Blue age category offer, which aims to bridge the gap between Junior and Concession rates.
Please remember that all 2015/16 Season Ticket holders will need to renew their ticket by Sunday 29th May to guarantee the same seat.
Executive Vice Chairman, Chris Anderson said: “I am delighted to see such a marked increase in Season Ticket sales from this time last year. As we close in on nearly two and a half thousand sold, there has been a great response to the improved ticketing system and new initiatives introduced for the 2016/17 season.
"The club are constantly looking for ways to improve the services we offer and want to pay particular attention to the care of our Season Ticket holders - both old and new!
“With the announcement of the 16/17 pre-season schedule this week, the club are already gearing up for next season's campaign and it’s great to see the fans in support of that!”
