Check out the holiday avtivities for 6 to 15-year-olds with SBitC

The Sky Blues in the Community team will be running a number of holiday activities in the first week of the New Year.

The Player Development scheme will be running a mini world-cup festival from Wednesday 2nd to Friday 4th January at the Alan Higgs centre. The festival is open to players aged 5 to 15 with the following times for different age groups:

9am – 12pm - Under 6, 7 & 8 (indoor pitches) / Under 11 & 12 (outdoor pitches)
1pm – 4pm - Under 9 & 10 (indoor pitches) / Under 13, 14 & 15 (outdoor pitches)

The cost is £20 for three days for those already involved in the Player Development Centres, or £30 for three days for non-development players. Those interested can just turn up at the Alan Higgs Centre on the 2nd January to register and take part.

The SBitC inclusion team will also be offering free drop in sessions at various locations across Coventry in the same week, as part of the Children in Need funded programme.

The Children in Need sessions are open to young people aged 8-18 and are running at the following venues:

Wednesday 2nd January
11am – 1pm in Radford (Active Meadowlands)
2pm – 4pm – in Willenhall (HAGARD Centre)

Thursday 3rd January
11am – 1pm in Radford (Active Meadowlands)
2pm – 4pm – in Willenhall (HAGARD Centre)

Friday 4th January
11am – 1pm @ Goals Soccer Centre (Bell Green Road)
2pm – 4pm – @ Goals Soccer Centre (Bell Green Road)

The Children in Need sessions are free for young people from the areas in which the sessions are taking place.
