Coventry City midfielder Ryan Kent believes he is at the right club to continue his development.
Kent has impressed since joining on loan from Premier League Liverpool in September and the youth loan with the Sky Blues lasts until January 16th.
The 19-year old admitted that if he were required to stay out on loan by the Anfield hierarchy, that he would love to extend his spell with the Sky Blues.
"There's a really good atmosphere amongst the players, coaches and fans at the moment here," Kent said.
"We've got some really good results and the position in the league shows that.
"We can't get too carried away we need to keep the wins coming and the points coming.
"I'm enjoying myself and I feel part of the team, everyone from the players and staff has made me welcome and I'm really enjoying it.
"If the opportunity came about going on loan again, I'd speak with my representatives first. But this is definitely the club, I'd be more than happy to stay here. Liverpool said they were really happy so far, but pointed out areas that I need to improve on. When I went back, they also emphasised this is the best place I could have come to. It's shown that so far."
Kent has adapted to life in first-team football quickly and has made 11 appearances for the Sky Blues.
Some of those appearances have been from the bench and the winger understands that he won't start every week as Tony Mowbray's squad is strong and full of different options for different games.
He continued: "I accept that I didn't think I had my best game against Gillingham and there are players who can come in.
"I thought I played well against Bradford and got the energy going forward.
"It's never nice to be away from home but it comes along with the job, I've done it since I was a young lad. You grow up quickly and you have to.
"There's definitely still learning I need to do and it's a great environment to learn in at the moment. Coming into a first-team environment it's a lot tougher. That's a huge learning curve and making the right decisions at the right times is something I want to improve on.
"The squad is good here but I'm confident in my ability."
