Coventry City advise fans to go to the CCFC Superstore if your ticket hasn't arrived in the post tomorrow morning

4 September 2014

Fans are advised to bring ID and their customer number to claim your ticket if your ticket doesn't arrive tomorrow...

Coventry City are advising supporters to head to the CCFC Superstore at the Gallagher Retail Park before 3pm on Friday if their ticket for the Gillingham game hasn’t arrived in the post by Friday morning.

Supporters will need their customer number and a form of ID to pick up a duplicate ticket.

If they can’t make it to the Gallagher Retail Park, they can head to the Matchday Ticket Office at the Ricoh Arena after 5pm but, again, will need ID and their customer number.

Supporters are advised that queues are expected at the ticket office at the Ricoh on the night so, where possible, they are best to head to the CCFC Superstore before 3pm on Friday.

The commercial and hospitality department is communicating directly with customers who have purchased tickets. If they haven’t arrived, these will be available from the VIP Collection window at the Ricoh Arena from 5pm tomorrow.
