I am in the West Stand. Which turnstiles do I use to access the stadium?

You can use Turnstiles 44 and 45, which are the turnstiles closest to the Jimmy Hill statue.

Will there be retail available at the stadium?

Yes, there will be a new retail unit inside the East Stand concourse with our new Nike kit and training wear available, as well as other CCFC merchandise.

Is there going to be a Family Zone, and what is happening?

Yes the Zone is open from 1:30pm to 2:30pm in its new location underneath blocks 23 and 24.

We’ll have our usual array of free arts & crafts, Playstation, music, visits from Sky Blue Sam and members of the Sky Blues squad.

We’ve also got new activities starting from Saturday – Keepy Uppy corner, Sky Blue Sam’s postbox (where you can post a letter to Sam and the Sky Blues squad), a new History board, a Subbueto (donated by the London Supporters Club), and much more!

There will also be the chance to enter a competition on Saturday to win a visit to the Sky Blues dugout to watch the warm up! Make sure you enter by 2:10pm!

Take a look at our new section with information for families here…

What if I am in the West Stand? Can I access the Family Zone/Retail?

Yes, there will be a ‘Walking Bus’ to the East Stand from the West Stand. This will meet in the concourse in Block B at 1:45pm, and walking together to the East Stand. It will then leave the Family Zone area at 2:20pm. Everyone who ‘travelled’ on the bus will need to be at the Family Zone at 2:20pm to get back to the West Stand.

Is there anything else happening on Saturday?

Yes, we have a number of activities going on, as well as our Family Zone…

• Sky Blues in the Community’s Kickz side will be hosting their counterparts from Wigan, with a penalty shootout between the two sides on the pitch at half-time
• Kick It For A Ticket returns! One fan will have the chance to win a range of Sky Blues prizes just by slotting the ball in an empty net – it’s harder than it sounds!
• Following feedback from fans over the summer, expect more Coventry music in the build-up to kick-off – with The Enemy and The Specials among those featuring.
• We’ll start featuring local Coventry bands at half-time. This week, it’s The Common Jets! Make sure you listen out for their song ‘The Enemy’.

I have tickets for the game to collect. Where do I need to go?

You will be able to collect your ticket from the Matchday Ticket Office at the stadium on the day of the game from 9:30am. This is located at the old CCFC Superstore near to the Jimmy Hill statue. Please bring with you proof of ID and proof of purchase if possible.

Hospitality ticket collections will be from the VIP Collection Window on the right hand side of the Atrium.

I want a specific seat for the game- should I buy in advance or on the day?

If you really want to sit in a particular seat, you need to buy in advance as we cannot sell you a specific seat on the day of the game from the stadium.

Can I buy tickets from the Club Shop at Arena Shopping Park on the day?

No you can’t – all matchday ticket sales will be from the stadium; from 9:30am at the Matchday Ticket Office and from 1:30pm at Cash Turnstiles.

Don’t forget- the Gallagher Retail Park Superstore is no longer open.

I already have a Season Ticket. Do I need to bring the whole booklet with me or can you tell me the voucher number in advance?

Yes you need to bring the whole Season Ticket booklet with you to the match as this includes your seat details in it. We don’t announce the ticket number in advance of a match, but you will be able to see the ticket number above each of the turnstiles as you enter the stadium so you can open your booklet ready.

Can I use Match Package vouchers on the turnstiles?

Yes, you can use your Match Package vouchers for entrance at the turnstiles or you can redeem them from the matchday ticket office at the Arena. This can be done at cash turnstiles only- numbers 30, 31, 32, 33 and 34.

Is the programme available on Saturday?

Yes, our matchday programme PUSB will be available from around the Ricoh Arena on Saturday for £3 – with a complete overhaul from last season!

Romain Vincelot is the man in focus, talking about his journey to becoming a professional footballer. We’ve got new behind the scenes features from Ryton – with George Thomas, James Maddison and physio Dave Hart giving an insight into the Sky Blues squad. It's better than ever so don't miss that exclusive content!

I want to go to the Casino before the game- shall I wait until after I’m done there to get my tickets?

If you are going to the casino before the match, we recommend that you buy or collect your tickets from the matchday ticket office before going into the casino. The matchday ticket office is at the old Superstore collection window, so is right next to the casino. By doing this beforehand, it means it will be quicker for you to get through the turnstiles after getting that last quick drink before the match!

There is an event in the casino on Saturday so expect it to be busy. Beer prices have been reduced in the concourse this season – so why not take in the pre-match atmosphere?
