Find out all you need to know in our Matchday Q&A as Leyton Orient face Coventry City at the Ricoh Arena

1 April 2015

Please read our match-day Q&A before tonight's crucial League One match against Leyton Orient at the Ricoh Arena...

Here is our Matchday Q&A ahead of Wednesday’s big Sky Bet League One clash with Leyton Orient at the Ricoh Arena...

What are the ticket prices against Leyton Orient?

In the standard zone, it is £22 for adults, £15 concessions, £11 juniors, £7 JSBs and £3 JSB Under 12s.

Tickets in the Family Zone are priced £18 for adults, £13 concessions, £9 juniors, £5 JSBs and JSB Under 12s free.

You can see all of the prices for Wednesday’s game here

There are other pricing options for tickets on Wednesday too, including Part Season Tickets, Match Packages and Memberships.

There is no matchday price increase on Wednesday night.

Could you not do a reduced ticket offer for these final few home matches?

Due to Football League regulations, we are restricted on the number of offers that we can do per season. These have all been used for the season, with our final offer being the Kids for a Quid game against Colchester on Saturday, 11th April.
We are very conscious about the price of football, and it forms a central part of our plans for season ticket and match ticket pricing ahead of next season.

What are the different price options?

You can save money on the price of watching the Sky Blues against Leyton Orient in various ways.
Becoming a Season Ticket holder makes the price per game for an adult £15 in the Standard Zone, while a 6 Match Package makes the price £18 per game for adults respectively. Meanwhile, Let’s All Sing Together Members get £2 off their home league match tickets.

I want to buy a match ticket on the day of the game. Where can I go to?

The CCFC Superstore at the Gallagher Retail Park will be open from 9:30am until 5:30pm on the day of the game.

The Matchday Ticket Office at the Ricoh Arena will be open from 4:30pm right up until kick off. This is cash only, but there is a cashpoint inside the main atrium at the stadium.
You can also buy on the cash turnstiles in the East Stand & North Stand from 6:30pm when they open. Cash Turnstiles 28, 29, 30 & 31 will be open (If you are a Leyton Orient fan, then you can use turnstile 4 or 5 in the South Stand)

Where will the cash turnstiles be on Wednesday night?

Cash Turnstiles 28, 29, 30 & 31 will be in operation for the game against Leyton Orient. If demand dictates, then we will look to open up more cash turnstiles. These turnstiles will be open from 6:30pm, so there is plenty of time for you to arrive early and make sure you are in the ground ahead of kick-off.

Where can I park for the game?

Car Park A will be closed for Wednesday night’s game. Supporters with seasonal car parking have been contacted to explain their alternative arrangements for the game.
On the day, you can pay ‘on the gate’ in Car Park C only, costing £5. If you have any queries about car parking, please e-mail karl.chester@ricoharena.com. Car parking is not available to buy from CCFC, only from the Ricoh Arena directly.

Which stands/lounges are open against Leyton Orient?

The East, LloydsPharmacy (West) & North stands are all open for Sky Blues fans for the game on Wednesday. The South stand is open for Leyton Orient supporters only.
All lounges are available and in use for seasonal hospitality members.

Is there going to be a Family Zone?

No, the Family Zone volunteers have the night off on Wednesday. Sky Blue Sam will still be around the ground though, both before the game and at half-time. At half-time, he will be giving away some more footballs and he has another Subway meal for someone to win thanks to our club partner Subway.

Will the club’s retail be on-site on Wednesday?

Yes, our retail stall will be based in the East Stand for Wednesday’s game and will be open from 6:30pm for fans to get your CCFC retail items. Don’t forget, the CCFC Superstore is open at the Gallagher Retail Park also, while you can buy online at anytime via www.ccfcshop.co.uk

I have tickets for the game to collect. Where do I need to go?

You will be able to collect your ticket from the Matchday Ticket Office at the stadium on the day of the game from 4:30pm. This is located at the old CCFC Superstore near to the Jimmy Hill statue. Please bring with you proof of ID and proof of purchase if possible.

Hospitality ticket collections will be from the VIP Collection window in the atrium, with the South Entrance open for the game to allow easier access to fans who are parking in either B or C at the Leyton Orient game instead of A.

I want a specific seat for the game- should I buy in advance or on the day?

If you really want to sit in a particular seat, you need to buy in advance as we cannot sell you a specific seat on the day of the game from the stadium. You will be able to buy a specific seat on the day from the CCFC Superstore at the Gallagher Retail Park.

I already have a Season Ticket. Do I need to bring the whole booklet with me or can you tell me the voucher number in advance?

You need to bring the whole Season Ticket booklet with you to the match as this includes your seat details in it. We don’t announce the ticket number in advance of a match, but you will be able to see the ticket number above each of the turnstiles as you enter the stadium.

Season ticket holders will be charged for a ticket if they forget their season ticket; this is a refundable charge if they produce their season ticket book at the Superstore within seven days with the relevant match voucher still attached.

I want to buy an Away Ticket/Match Package on the day of the game. Where do I go to?

You can go to the CCFC Superstore at the Gallagher Retail Park to buy these. Away tickets for the Sky Blues’ matches at Notts County and Bristol City will not be available to buy on the day from the Ricoh Arena.

Can I use Match Package vouchers on the turnstiles?

Yes, you can use your Match Package vouchers for entrance at the turnstiles or you can redeem them from the matchday ticket office at the Arena. This can be done at cash turnstiles only- numbers 28, 29, 30 & 31.

Am I allowed to drink in the stands?

In line with Football League regulations at all other grounds and our ground regulations, it is illegal to drink alcohol in the stands or anywhere in view of the pitch. Anyone found drinking in the stands will be asked to stop and if they do not comply with this request will be asked to leave the stadium. No cans are allowed in the stadium either, and that includes soft drinks.

You are also not allowed to smoke in the stands or bring flares into the stadium. We thank fans in advance for their co-operation, and advise that random searches may be undertaken to help prevent these items being brought in and to ensure that the Ricoh Arena is a safe environment for all fans.

Can I bring my own alcohol into the stadium?

Only alcohol purchased from kiosks at the Ricoh Arena can be consumed within the stadium concourse- and then only on the concourse itself (i.e. not in the stands). Similarly, only alcohol purchased in lounges/boxes can be drank in those lounges/boxes.

Is the programme available on Wednesday?

Yes, our matchday programme PUSB will be available from around the Ricoh Arena on Wednesday for £3.

As well as all of our usual award-winning content on the Sky Blues and our opposition Leyton Orient, there is an interview with City midfielder John Fleck, Frank Nouble reveals his best 5-a-side teams and Lee Burge gives us the lowdown on his team mates.

There is also all the news from around your club, with info on the latest results of the Under 21s, Under 18s plus regular columns from Tony Mowbray, Jim O’Brien and Steve Waggott – plus much more.

I want to go to the Casino before the game- shall I wait until after I’m done there to get my tickets?

If you are going to the casino before the match, we recommend that you buy or collect your tickets from the matchday ticket office before going into the casino. The matchday ticket office is at the old Superstore collection window, so is right next to the casino. By doing this beforehand, it means it will be quicker for you to get through the turnstiles after getting that last quick drink before the match!

Generally, we do advise fans to get the stadium early to help with entrance. Remember; the later you leave it, then the greater the risk of missing kick-off – however hard we try to get you in on time! With that in mind, don’t forget that you can use any of the turnstiles around the stadium to get in, not just the ones near to where you are sitting.
