Bring 'Kids for a Quid' for Swindon

28 March 2014

Take advantage of our 'Kids for a Quid' offer for our home Good Friday clash with Swindon Town

Coventry City’s young supporters will get to see the Sky Blues in action for just £1 when they take on Swindon Town on Good Friday.

The match is the club’s annual ‘Kids for a Quid’ fixture and, as well tickets costing only £1, coach travel to Sixfields has also been cut down to £1 for under-16s.

Volunteers will also be on hand in the Family Zone to lay on Easter-themed arts and crafts as well as receiving a visit from Sky Blue Sam and members of the first team squad.

Stacie McDermott, the club’s marketing manager, said: “We hold a Kids for a Quid fixture every season and we thought it should be no different this year.

“This is a chance for a good afternoon out to support the team and enjoy some Easter activities.

“Many of the faces in the first team will be very familiar to local youngsters because, despite playing away from the city, they have been out and about in the community, visiting schools and supporting local projects.

“So it will be great for them to get behind the team and cheer them onto three points.”

One full paying adult can take up to four under-16s to the match for just £1 each.

For more information and to buy tickets, visit the CCFC Superstore at the Gallagher Retail Park, log onto www.ccfcshop.co.uk or call 024 7699 2326.
