Coventry City midfielder Jim O'Brien has revealed the pre-season training schedule at the Sky Blues is much more detailed than any other he has experienced in his career.
The 26-year old signed a two-year deal with the Sky Blues this summer after his contract expired at Barnsley.
The left-sided midfielder is set for his first outing in a City shirt tomorrow as the Sky Blues travel the short distance to Liberty Way to face Nuneaton Town.

The former Motherwell man is looking forward to playing in Steven Pressley's side for the first time and he is hoping to impress.
O'Brien said: "Everyone is looking forward to the first game of pre-season. It is a little bit different for me as I'm one of the new lads.
"Obviously, it can't come quick enough as when you join a new club, you want to show what you can do.
"As a footballer, when you get the first ten days of pre-season out of the way with your legs feeling pretty rubbish without any injuries, you just want to get into the games.
"The lads have prepared extremely well and everyone has really taken the right attitude into pre-season. The amount of effort everyone has put in has been really impressive."
After the game at Liberty Way, the City squad will fly out to Italy for their pre-season tour as Pressley's squad continues it's preparation for the 2014/15 League One season.
Having experienced pre-seasons at Celtic, Motherwell and Barnsley, O'Brien has praised the level of detail which goes into the pre-season training schedule at the Sky Blues.
He added: "The pre-season here is certainly a bit different to what I've previously experienced at other clubs.
"Everything we do in every second of each day is really thought about in depth and analysed.
"There is a reason for everything we do. It isn't just a case of running until we break which other clubs do.
"A lot of work is put in by all the coaches and staff as well so it is nice to be in an environment which is hungry for success."
