HEAD-TO-HEAD: Coventry City vs Leyton Orient - City have better record against Orient but are winless in last six

1 April 2015

The Sky Blues have a better record against the O's but haven't won against tonight's opponents in the last six outings...

Coventry City have a better standing in the head-to-head records against Leyton Orient, but have only won once against Orient in the last six meetings between the two sides.

City have beaten the O's 21 times out of 50 games between the pair, but last beat the O's in the 3-1 win from last season, thanks to stunning goals from Carl Baker and Franck Moussa, with Leon Clarke adding a third. SEE THE GOALS HERE!

That win was the first time City had beaten the O’s since 2012 when David McGoldrick netted the winner at Brisbane Road.

Fast forward to the present day and both clubs are in a relegation fight and tomorrow’s game could be one of the most important between the pair.

Orient head into the clash at the Ricoh Arena with two wins from their last six, including last weekend’s 3-1 win over Port Vale. City will be hoping to avoid handing Orient back-to-back wins as well

as going one better than the 2-2 draw between the two sides earlier in the season.
