Coventry City Football Club challenged Coventry City Council in a Judicial Review at Birmingham Crown Court last week.
Over the course of the three-day Judicial Review, the SISU QC made the case for the claimants on Tuesday and Wednesday morning. On Wednesday afternoon, Coventry City Council's QC started the case for defence and continued on Thursday morning followed by ACL's QC.
The SISU QC ended court proceedings by recapping on the case for the claimants before the judge reserved his judgement until the week commencing the 30th June.
