Coventry City face Fleetwood Town tonight looking to secure back-to-back wins in League One, with one member of the first-team squad looking to beat the team he spent a brief spell with last season.

Here we look at three players who have played for both sides including our first-team midfielder...

Adam Barton

While Barton didn’t make an appearance for Fleetwood, he did move there at the back end of last season.

After making 17 appearances throughout the 13/14 campaign for the Sky Blues, he signed for Fleetwood in March after falling out of favour, but he didn’t get any game time for Town as they sealed promotion from League Two.

He has returned to the first-team though, making 22 appearances this season.

Lee Fowler

A Coventry City player between 1999 and 2003, Fowler made his debut under Roland Nilsson and managed 16 appearances with one goal.

He has played for 18 different clubs throughout his career and was at Fleetwood between 2012/13, making 29 appearances for the club when they were in the conference. He is now plying his trade for Nuneaton Town.

Claus Bech Jorgensen

Jorgensen worked his way into Coventry City folklore by becoming the player to score the first-goal at the Ricoh Arena.

Between 2003-2006 he made 61 appearances for City and joined Fleetwood in 2009. He made five appearances for Town, but retired shortly after. He is now the owner of business ‘Unique Floorcare.’
