City Ladies star Courtney Sweetman-Kirk travels to Russia for World University Games
Coventry City Ladies star Courtney Sweetman-Kirk is part of the British Universities and Colleges Sport (BUCS) women's football team to take part in the World University Games.
The World University Games occur every two years where over 100 nations send their very best sportsmen and women to compete, who are currently studying at University.
Sweetman-Kirk, who enjoyed a fantastic season with the Sky Blues, winning the Birmingham FA County Cup, has been selected to represent the British Universities in the women's football side.
The games get underway in four days time in Kazan, which is in the Tatarstan region of Russia.
The first game for the side will be against Brazil on Friday and we will be bringing you updates throughout the competition.
