The Sky Blues captain wants to see City look for a result against Arsenal at the Emirates tomorrow night...
Coventry City captain Carl Baker believes that City will make it difficult for the current Premier League table-toppers Arsenal, in Friday’s clash at the Emirates.
Since joining the club in 2010, Baker has made 135 appearances for the Sky Blues, with 26 of them in this current campaign.
The Sky Blues have only conceded 16 goals away from home in League One, scoring 23 which has helped City’s record of just three defeats on the road this season.

Baker started his City captaincy at the Emirates last season during the 6-1 defeat in the League Cup against the Gunners, and has gone on to retain the armband on permanent basis.
With over 5,100 City fans making the trip down to North London tomorrow, the City captain is determined to get a positive result to make the Sky Blue Army proud.
Baker said: “We have been working on a game plan all week and we are going to make it as difficult as possible for them to break us down.
“We hope to try and keep as much possession as we can, as we understand we might not have as much of the ball as we normally would due to Arsenal’s style of play.”
“We don’t really know what team they are going to pick, so we are just concentrating on ourselves.
“I have a strong belief that we will go down there with our heads held high and make a good account of ourselves. Hopefully, we can send the fans away proud.”
The skipper has netted eight times in all competitions this season, including a match-winning brace at Rotherham on New Year’s Day as City recorded a 3-1 victory.
Baker also understands that as a captain he has a big role to play in breeding confidence through the squad and getting the players geared up in the dressing room.
Baker said: “As a captain it’s my job to get them geared up and make sure they stay focused. We can’t switch off, especially with the young squad with have at the club.
“I try to breed confidence into the players to give them the belief to go and win every game.
“We are not going to kid ourselves it’s going to be tough coming up against one the best teams in Europe.
“However, we want to get something from this game and we believe we can do it.”
