Coventry City defender Baily Cargill believes he'll fit right in with the Sky Blues given the similar playing style to his parent club AFC Bournemouth.
The 20-year old central defender signed on loan at the Sky Blues for the rest of the season on January's transfer deadline day and made his debut against Port Vale last week.
The England Under-20 international was described by City boss Tony Mowbray as 'magnificent' on his debut as the Sky Blues claimed a point in the 1-1 draw against the Valiants.
Ahead of the weekend's game against Bury, Cargill admitted he is enjoying his time at the club and enjoyed being 'kept busy' at Vale Park.
Cargill commented: "I've really enjoyed it so far, came up last week and had a couple of days training and went straight into a game which was great.
"It can be difficult because I don't know my teammates that well so there is a learning process. I think it helped me that I played alongside two experienced players, Sam Ricketts and Peter Ramage.
"I was quite busy but I prefer it like that, someone told me I did 22 headers during the Port Vale match which is an introduction to the level but I like it as it kept me busy and you're always going to be sharper.
"I've been out on loan three times now and each time, I feel as though as I've gone back to Bournemouth a better player. I've been at Conference and League Two levels so I'm looking to step up again here."
The former Welling and Torquay United loanee has already captained the Cherries this season when he led the side to a 2-1 victory over Birmingham City at St. Andrews in the FA Cup.
Cargill admitted it was an honour to lead out the Cherries and believes he'll fit right in at the Sky Blues due to the similar style of play.
He added: "It is difficult as a young central defender to break into a Premier League side so I've played in a lot of cup games which I've really enjoyed.
"I really appreciated when I was given the captain's armband by Eddie Howe, it filled me with a lot of confidence. He said some nice words and it was such an honour to have it at the age of 20.
"The manager here has basically told me to play what I know. Coventry are a similar side in a lot of ways to Bournemouth as both teams like to play out from the back.
"He also wants me to be physical and strong, and if I can do that, I know I can help the team this season as I want to gain promotion with this club."
