Sky Blues midfielder Conor Thomas is handed the Coventry City 2013/14 Young Player of the Season award
Coventry City midfielder Conor Thomas has been handed the award for the 2013/14 Young Player of the Season.The achievement, which is picked by manager Steven Pressley and his coaching staff from players up to and including the age of 21, sees Thomas pick up his second award of the evening after also receiving the Community Player of the Season gong.

The 20-year-old has been ever-present in the Sky Blues first team this season, amassing an incredible 49 appearances throughout the 2013/14 campaign.
Manager Steven Pressley said: "Sometimes it's easy to forget just how young Conor is and then when you look at the amount of games he has played for someone of his age you have to recognise that level of achievement. He has worked tirelessly in midfield all season long and his work ethic has been nothing short of outstanding so I'm delighted to be able to give him this award."
