Sky Blues midfielder John Fleck is recognised for his hard work on the training pitch with the 2013/14 Trainer of the Season award
Coventry City midfielder John Fleck has been handed the award for Coventry City 2013/14 Trainer of the Season.The 22-year-old has been recognised for his hard work and dedication on the training pitch in a new award introduced by manager Steven Pressley.
Fleck has made 49 appearances for the Sky Blues this season and Pressley said his week-long work ethic and dedication was worthy of recognition.

"John has set the kind of standard and dedication that I expect on the training pitch and he's been devastating for us I feel," he said.
"He has that real ability to dictate the tempo and direction of games for us and he brings that matchday intensity to work with him every day when he reports for training and for that he needs to be congratulated as that is the culture and attitude that we want to promote at this club."
