Sky Blues midfielder Franck Moussa is voted overwhelming winner of the Coventry City 2013/14 Goal of the Season award
Coventry City midfielder Franck Moussa has been handed the award for Coventry City 2013/14 Goal of the Season.The Belgian playmaker, who has scored 14 goals in 46 appearances this season, won the award for his stunning last gasp 35-yard strike in the Sky Blues' 1-1 draw at Preston North End in December which was the runaway winner according to Coventry City supporters who gave the strike 47% of the overall vote.

The category was in fact dominated by Moussa whose goals this season finished first, second and third in the vote with his audacious chip in the home 3-1 win over Leyton Orient coming second and his 30-yard effort in eth 3-2 defeat at Port Vale coming third.
It is the second award of the season for Moussa's goalscoring efforts after his strike against Orient earned him the 2013 Goal of the Year gong at the 2014 Football League Awards in March.
