NEWS: Key matchday information for Saturday's game against Bristol Rovers

14 August 2019

Ahead of this Saturday’s SkyBet League One game against Bristol Rovers, Coventry City have issued an updated matchday guide for fans attending the game.

This includes key info on buying tickets, parking and more – with changes to where you can collect tickets and where the cash turnstiles are located…

For ticket information, please click here.

Ticket Collections/Queries on Matchdays

Any collections and queries will now be dealt with at the Ticket Collection Booth – this will be open from 12:30pm on matchdays, and situated to the left of the Kop Stand Reception.

Tickets will not be available to buy from here – only the Cash Turnstiles at the Kop Stand/Tilton Road corner.

If you bought your tickets after 2pm on Wednesday 14th August, they will be for collection either in advance of matchday from the Butts Park Ticket Office, or on the day at St Andrew’s from 12:30pm.

Season Ticket – barcodes and lost Season Tickets

We have received some correspondence from fans about mis-printing of some barcodes on Season Tickets. Having checked with Ticketmaster, these will scan correctly at the turnstiles and you will be able to enter as normal.

If you would like your Season Ticket re-printed for future games, please email ticketoffice@ccfc.co.uk.

There will be a £2 charge to print a paper ticket for any lost/forgotten Season Ticket cards.

Season Ticket – not arrived

If your new Season Ticket has not turned up in the post by Friday morning, please email ticketoffice@ccfc.co.uk

Entry to the stadium

Match Ticket and Season Ticket holders need to use the entrance as stated on your ticket.

Premier Membership holders and Corporate guests need to enter via the Kop Stand Reception.

This has now moved – it will now be from 1:30pm at the Cash Turnstiles in the Kop Stand/Tilton Road Stand corner.

Tickets purchased here will be for Blocks 17, 18 and 19 in the Kop Stand.

Bristol Rovers fans can pay on the gate too, at Cash Turnstiles in the Gil Merrick Stand.
