Coventry City twice recovered from a goal down to see out their 2012/13 season in entertaining fashion with a 2-2 draw against Notts County at Meadow Lane.

Tyrell Waite broke the deadlock after 34 minutes with a simple headed finish from six yards to seperate the two sides but John Fleck levelled the score on 51 minutes with a fine finish for City.

County regained the lead three minutes later with another tap in from Krystian Pearce but substitute Franck Moussa grabbed another equaliser with six minutes to go.

City boss Steven Pressley opted for a much changed starting line up to see out the season, naming five changes for the end of season clash at Meadow Lane.

Goalkeeper Chris Dunn and Blair Adams came into the side to replace the injured Joe Murphy and Jordan Stewart with Callum Wilson, Adam Barton and Conor Thomas replacing Steven Jennings, Franck Moussa and Danny Philiskirk.

The Sky Blues nearly got their afternoon off to a perfect start when, in the forst minute, Wilson picked up a  ball over the top and fired a half volley from the edge of the area that forced a diving save from County 'keeper Bartosz Bialkowski.

Bialkowski was required again four minutes later when John Fleck drove forward and won a free kick 20 yards out which Carl Baker curled round the wall, the 'keeper parrying away from danger.

The majority of the early running was put together by City and it infact took County 32 minutes before they really threatened Sky Blues 'keeper Dunn when Jamal Campbell-Ryce's 25-yard effort was tipped over the bar.

Unfortunately that sparked a mini-wave of attacks from the hosts that resulted in the opener after 34 minutes.

Successive corners ended up seeing Alan Sheehan fire at goal from 20 yards, Dunn parrying the ball but only into the path of Waite who was handed a simple nod home from six yards.

It was nearly two sox minutes before the break when City failed to clear their lines, allowing Joss Labadie to get a cross in for Krystian Pearce who headed just over from the edge of the six-yard area.

The Sky Blues came out of the blocks flying in the second half though, first when three minutes after the restart David Bell rattled the cross bar from 18 yards out.

City then grabbed an equaliser on 51 minutes in fine fashion.

Christie's sweeping crossfield ball picked out Fleck just inside the corner of the County area to pick his spot with a top corner finish past Bialkowski.

The level pegging was shortlived though as, three minutes later, Alan Judge's header across goal bounced off the post into the path of the fortunate Pearce who was left with the simplest of finishes.

The Sky Blues continued to press though and went close to a second equaliser after 72 minutes when David Bell cut inside from the left and fired from 20 yards, his shot bound for the near top corner but for a superb save from Bialkowski.

Bell went close again with 11 minutes to go when his corner delivery came back to him for him to cut inside again and flash a shot just wide of the foot of the far post.

It was substitute Franck Moussa next who picked up a loose ball just outside the area and whistled a half volley just past the far post with Bialkowski nowhere near it.

City then got their rewards with four minutes to go when a poor clearance from Bialkowski cannoned off Dean Leacock into the path of sub Cody McDonald who laid on a neat ball for Moussa to provide one step over before smashing into the far bottom corner to make it 2-2.
