A short statement has been issued by Coventry City Football Club and Arena Coventry Limited following rumours surrounding the club's home fixture with Shefffield United on Tuesday, August 20.
The statement reads: “There are no issues concerning the go ahead of Coventry City’s match against Sheffield United, and the League One fixture will take place as planned at the Ricoh Arena.”
