Coventry City have reached agreement with Nuneaton Town to host some development squad and youth team matches.
The Sky Blues now have the option to use facilities at Liberty Way for some under-21s league matches and some FA Youth Cup games.
Development director Steve Waggott said: “We have a very good relationship with Nuneaton Town.
“This agreement means we have an additional option for matches. It doesn’t mean all under-21s games or all FA Youth Cup games will be held there, it just gives us a level of flexibility when it comes to staging matches – particularly with the first team having so many home games this season.”
